Making, Changing or Canceling Reservations

How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made once you complete the online registration process. Once you have activated your account from the email you receive, login using the email and password from registration.

  1. To book a flight, fill in the departure and arrival cities, dates and times of travel, and click SEARCH.
  2. To book a car, request the preferred information on the Car screen and click SEARCH.
  3. To book a hotel, go to the Hotel screen and fill in requested information and request a destination to SEARCH.
  4. You will be prompted for purchase information and finalize your reservation.

How do I know I am getting the best fare?

Voyager includes the best fares available including internet fares and special negotiated rates. Options are real-time, comprehensive and accurate. If you are a corporate traveler, your travel options adhere to your company’s travel policy.

How can I view seat assignments?

  2. Enter last name and trip locator number from ticket confirmation email
  3. Click on VIEW TRAVEL PLANS to see seat assignments

Can I make international travel reservations?

Yes, just enter the correct international codes to view availability and book the same as domestic travel.

How can I allow another person to book travel for me?

Simply let that person sign up for an account using their name. During the purchase process, they will be asked what travelers they want to book travel for. At that time, the person can select "New Traveler" and enter your information to make the purchase for you.

How do I make reservations for a one-time traveler?

During the purchase process, you will be asked what travelers you want to book travel for. At that time, select "New Traveler" and enter the one-time traveler's information.

How can I make a reservation for something I don't see on the web site?

We have designed this web site to be as complete as possible and to feature trips from vendors that we know are reliable. By using this web site to make your travel plans you know that you are viewing only those travel options that we have pre-screened to be most suitable for our customers. Many vendors offer travel products that are not listed on this site. Some of these products are not listed because the vendors prefer not to work with travel agents, some are not listed because we deem the vendors unreliable, and some are not shown because we simply do not know about them.

For more complicated trips or those that feature overseas travel, we encourage you to use the forms associated with the web site because they help insure that your trip planning will be complete and easy. Most customers find that email is the easiest way to communicate with their travel agent and most agents prefer email because it provides a written record of communications and helps prevent errors.

How can I view the status of my existing reservations?

All of your reservations are accessible at any time by clicking on the "My Trips" link located in the upper right part of the page on most web pages throughout the site.

Your "My Trips" page shows current reservations of all types, past reservations for trips taken within the past month, canceled reservations for trips canceled within the past month, and requested reservations, for those trips you have asked your travel agent to reserve for you but that are not yet reserved.

How can I change an existing reservation?

To change an existing reservation you must contact your travel agent directly. To make a change, you will need to let your agent know the 6-digit confirmation number that you received at the time you made the initial reservation.

There may be a fee associated with changing an existing reservation, depending on the type of reservation and the terms of the original booking.
